Wellbeing Consultancy is a service that is aimed for small or big organisations that want to inspire and improve the effectiveness of their teams. People are one of the most (if not the most) important asset of an organisation and the levels of their wellbeing, satisfaction and creativity have an immediate effect on the organisation's success.
With several years of managerial and training experience I am using a variety of models such as Transformational Leadership, Reflective Practice and Team Roles to conduct an accurate assessment of the situation, identify and set clear goals and outcomes that can be recorded, monitored and evaluated.
Working through team dynamics and character 'clashing' difficulties can be complex and challenging tasks.
The focus of my work is less on individual traits and characteristics and more on the strengths of the individual and the teams and the tasks and goals that bring them together.
I am working with authenticity and integrity which have been proven to be really effective ways in unlocking the opportunities for synthesis, creation of solutions and overall work productivity and satisfaction.
